RPG Race Generator
Directions: Just reload this page for 20 more random Race types. This is supposed to be a random mixer to that spews out various fantasy races for player use, although some results may end up a bit on the tacky end of things and only make sense in the Lepzard RPG environment. The results are a mix of race, physical perks, defects and oddities.- Elf -- This character is a generic elf. Elves travel far and wide, and such an elf as this one are exactly what you would expect with light tinted green skin, pointy ears, and sweet musical voices.
- Gnome, Cyclops -- This gnome is the chubby yet surprisingly nimble and eager to get involved in other people's business type creature of the land. There is usually no rhyme or reason to where it lives or what it does. Gnomes normally range in height somewhere between dwarves and humans. This character has an oddly common genetic mutation, they are cycloptic, trading the normal two eyes for one oversized one.
- Oversized Human -- Humans such as this are as generic as generic can be as far as races go. They're also the most populous, and tend to spread faster than other races. This character has matured to a size fully one and a half times the standard for its race.
- Half Gnome/Bigfoot -- This gnome is the chubby yet surprisingly nimble and eager to get involved in other people's business type creature of the land. There is usually no rhyme or reason to where it lives or what it does. Gnomes normally range in height somewhere between dwarves and humans. This character's bloodline has crossed with that of the legendary creatures known as 'Bigfoot'. In Lepzard, 'Bigfoot' is not a clever name for hobbits if you're wondering - it really does exist! As a mix of races, this character's feature set will be a random mix of those already noted.
- NeedOc, Linguist -- The NeedOc race is composed of entirely subterranean dwellers and that is why this character is especially sensitive to light. Given pale skin, comically over sized hands, and dark black fur on their humanoid elbows, knees, footpads and the very top of their head, this NeedOc knows no normal need for clothes, although it must learn to endure them in order to live in any outside society. It speaks well enough, but anything it says comes with clicking and grunting undertones. What it will make of other races is anyone's guess, and eating hot food is certainly going to be a new experience. Slime molds, they would be delicious for a NeedOc, or perhaps raw root vegetables would suffice. Picking verbal clues up quickly, this character is quite the linguist, usually able to make basic conversation a reality in just a few hours with new languages.
- Half Sewer Elf/Dwarf, Rune Reader -- This character hails from the sewer, which is a rare place for any elf to grow up. They are clearly an outcast and likely on par with a homeless person. This dwarf is the typical fantasy dwarf you would expect, where even the female version of it would have a beard. As a mix of races, this character's feature set will be a random mix of those already noted. Across Lepzard there are ancient scripts and runes left behind by parties unknown. To a rare few, these runes are automatically readable and no one knows why. This character is one of those rare few.
- Gnome, Linguist -- This gnome is the chubby yet surprisingly nimble and eager to get involved in other people's business type creature of the land. There is usually no rhyme or reason to where it lives or what it does. Gnomes normally range in height somewhere between dwarves and humans. Picking verbal clues up quickly, this character is quite the linguist, usually able to make basic conversation a reality in just a few hours with new languages.
- Goblin -- Let the record show that not all goblins make good company or good adventurers...however, a rare goblin such as this, who may be an outcast from a bad situation, can always come along and coexist with the more socially acceptable races.
- Orcastian -- Orcastians like this character are generally peaceful, knowledge loving, city builder race of orcs that have populated Lepzard in recent centuries.
- Sewer Elf -- This character hails from the sewer, which is a rare place for any elf to grow up. They are clearly an outcast and likely on par with a homeless person.
- Mixling -- Sometimes called halflings and several less than polite other terms, Mixlings similar to this character are a grab bag of watered down humanoid races that seem to have taken mostly human features as a whole, and are usually fairly short.
- Sterile Dwarf -- This dwarf is the typical fantasy dwarf you would expect, where even the female version of it would have a beard. This character can't breed without magical intervention.
- Sewer Elf -- This character hails from the sewer, which is a rare place for any elf to grow up. They are clearly an outcast and likely on par with a homeless person.
- Degenerative Human -- Humans such as this are as generic as generic can be as far as races go. They're also the most populous, and tend to spread faster than other races. Over time this character will physical or mentally degrade, which may lead them to seeking fantasy cures for their issues.
- Half Sewer Elf/Bovine, Archer -- This character hails from the sewer, which is a rare place for any elf to grow up. They are clearly an outcast and likely on par with a homeless person. Whenever a character like this appears, with Bovine (cow) in the racial mix, there has to have been magic involved as this is not a naturally occuring match up. They have the head of a cow and have a very difficult time talking a single language. Speaking second language is almost impossible to master. Female versions may suffer from odd utters. As a mix of races, this character's feature set will be a random mix of those already noted. Growing up, this character had a fixation on range weapons, most likely either the long or short bows. Any combat related things about them should have evolved to reflect this highly, mostly because the DM of Lepzard believes there are far too few archers to be found as player characters. They will of course have special bonuses to range combat.
- Mung Dwarf, Linguist -- This dwarf comes from a small, but growing clan of dwarves from Lepzard has been inbreeding for many centuries to increase their size proportionally. The Mung Clan dwarves stand 8 feet tall, have massive muscles, and can be mean fighters. While it could probably make a great as fighter, it will be almost inept when it comes to dexterity and intelligence...almost as if it was intentionally bred out of its gene pool. Picking verbal clues up quickly, this character is quite the linguist, usually able to make basic conversation a reality in just a few hours with new languages.
- Catoid, Archer -- A human body with an oversized cat head is what defines a catoid such as this. They do not have tails or paws, just normal hands and human features below the neck. They can speak, but there is always a hissing noise garbled in with it. Growing up, this character had a fixation on range weapons, most likely either the long or short bows. Any combat related things about them should have evolved to reflect this highly, mostly because the DM of Lepzard believes there are far too few archers to be found as player characters.
